NJIT Professor Rajiv Mehta Publishes New Edition on Personal Selling

The 3rd edition of Personal Selling: Building Customer Relationships and Partnerships, co-authored by Rajiv Mehta, professor of marketing, has recently published and is now available in print and eBook formats. The university level text uses a positive, practical and professional approach to the dynamic study of personal selling and is designed for students who want to learn how to successfully sell products. It focuses on the business-to-business market for high-priced, high-tech products. Written in a conversational style, the text creates diverse real–world experiences for students through experiential learning such as Internet exercises, role plays, case studies, and self–assessment tools.
